The Regional Manager is responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of site operators across their territory and for managing equipment service and maintenance to ensure imo’s site standards, optimal equipment and operator performance and compliance with operator agreements.

The successful applicant will have a strong retail or franchising background, be results oriented, strong and firm communicator, technical and detail minded, clean-cut presentation, ability to work long and occasionally antisocial hours, a completer finisher with high energy who can work alone.
